Jaw crusher is generally divided into two types: compound pendulum jaw crusher and simple pendulum jaw crusher. It is mainly used for coarse and medium crushing. In recent years, there appears the compound pendulum jaw crusher for fine crushing, low carbon ferrochrome crusher with high strength and high hardness. As we all know, the main problem for jaw crusher is the low service time. In order to improve this situation, our company developed a special material to improve the startup process and to avoid overload damage. Besides, we adopted a fluid coupling on the mainframe to improve its performance.
Jaw crusher is mainly used for the medium-granularity crushing of all kinds of ores and large materials in mine, metallurgy, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemistry. The maximum compression strength of the materials to be crushed is 320MPa.
