Use methods of neck support cervical traction collar:

1.Put it around ur neck and adjusta to the inner diametter to proper size.

2.Hold the inflating ball and inflate till u feel appropriate expansible 

   pressure, then fix the valve of tractor.

3.The duration time is about 15-20 minutes each time and twice a day.

4.If u want to deflate, pls screw the valve of the tractor.

1.Air neck tractions are mainly made by inflatable balls (with valves), gas-guide tube, gas cut-off valves, chamber, bushings, inflatable mouth, neck care and velcro.

2.According to the different gas chamber, air neck traction can be divided into three layer, four layer, five layer, seven layer.

3.The traction trip of air neck traction :

three layer :0-220mm,

four layer :0-240mm,

five layer: 0-150mm,

seven layer :0-170mm.
