Soybean oil machine

We are a large-scale oil machine manufacturer integrating R & D,design, manufacture and installation.We are professional in various oil machines,such as soybean oil machine, peanut oil machine, sunflower oil machine, rapeseed oil machine, rice bran oil machine, coconut oil machine, palm oil machine,etc.

Soybean pretreatment flow:

Soybean---cleaning---crushing---softening---flaking---drying---to extraction workshop 

1. Use conveyor and elevator to convey soybean

2. Clean soybean to remove big, small and metal impurities from soybean with vibration screen, stoning machine and magnetic selector

3. Use crusher with teeth to crush soybean into pieces to decrease the particle size and increase the superficial area. 

4. Use softening pot to soften soybean to increase the plasticity of soybean. 

5. Use flaking roll to roll soybean into thin flakes, convenient for extraction. 

6. Use plate dryer to adjust the temperature and moisture of soybean flakes so as to reach extraction requirements. 

Soybean oil extraction flow:

Soybean flakes---solvent extraction---evaporation---steam-stripping---crude soybean oil 
                                   |
                     Wet meal with solvent---desolventizing-toasting---dry meal for feed

1. Use rotocel extractor to extract oil with organic solvent through spray or soak to get miscella

2. Use long pipe evaporator and steam-stripping column to separate solvent from oil according to their different volatility and boiling point, then get crude soybean oil. 

3. Use desolventizer-toaster to remove solvent from meal. 

4. Solvent from evaporator, steam-stripping column and desolventizer can be recycled after condensation. 

Soybean oil refining flow:

Crude soybean oil---degumming---decolorization---deacidification---deodorization---finished soybean oil.
