2 The control system, adopting the programmable controller and professional engineering computer of Siemens     make the weight, mixing, discharging automatic, semi-automatic and manual ways.3 The mixing blades are made of wear-resistant cast iron, having long performance life.

 

  1.Btching system

 Modular structur ,reasonable layout.It is convenient to install and dismantle.

 Thre are 5m3,8m3,15m3 three kinds of batching hopper for choice ,there are insulation net on top of bin which prevent large size aggregate entering .

 All the belt use circular belt without joint ,with conpact structure,low fault rate . 

The collecting belt conveyor and feeding belt conveyor use shaft-mounted reducer driving with simple structur and low fault rate .

2.Drying drum

 The scientific and reasonable designed lifting board make the aggregate on the optimal curtrain state .

 The well know end seal ,rak wool insulatinf layer and stainless steel insnlating layer efficiently  reduced the less of the heat.

 

 3Mixing syetem

 The whole machine with asquare frame has a feature of stable running ,safety ,and good sight.

 The scale board and blade head made by  chrome and white abrade-bearing cast iron have long service life.
