Spin flash dryer is a dryer with a vertical rotating crushing device,which can complete drying, crushing, grading and other operations material together. It is specially designed for dry filter cake, cream paste, mud slurry material.

 

Working principle

Hot air enters into the flash dryer tower from the bottom of the main inlets,shaping a high speed rotating airflow as spiral rises in the flash dryer main tower .At the same time, the size of the annular gap at the bottom is adjusted  according to the nature of the material, so that the wind speed is in the best suitable state. Material by screw feeder directly goes into the flash drying tower, and disperse quickly as the airflow speed rotary motion in the high-speed impact of airflow and driven. As for the large and damp granule group, high-speed airflow is not strong enough to break and rotate in high speed , thus falling into the host under the action of gravity. When it is fallen at the bottom ,it is forcibly broken into pieces and finish the drying process then with the high speed airflow rotating. In order not to make the final moisture of material at lowest affected by the initial moisture fluctuations, multi vortex sheet is arranged in the drying chamber, forming a more stable fluidized bed , and the vortex sheet and the residence time also ensured.

6. The host adopts a new seal structure, which can extend the bearing life and the bearing spacer is equipped with water circulation cooling device.
