Principle of operation

KYD waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer is a new type adsorbtion dryer,it is not only not belong to non heated regeneration dryer,but also not belong to heated regeneration dryer, it belongs to temperature swing adsorption.The KYD waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer heats the regeneration desiccant directly by using the heat that high pressure machine discharges at high temperature,so the adsorbent gets regenerated thoroughly.Even though working in low pressure situation of 0.35Mpa, if only the load rate of compressor is not low than 70%,it still work reliably.so the equipment can make full use of energy of itself,having energy-saving effect. KYD waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer is a new type energy saved compressed air drying equipment,because it cancels electric heater of eupyrexia regenerative dryer,and there is no waste gas when heating regenerative.
