We are NAPI Joint Stock Company in Vietnam. Our company was established in 2010 with specialization in Plywood. Plywood is made from veneer sheets from Acacia and Eucalyptus. These sheet after being dried will be covered in specialized glue – Ure Formaldehyde, Phenol Formaldehyde or Melamine in order to increase stability, strength and water resistance. Then, they are proceeded through two stages of pressing: pre-press (400 tons pressure) and hot press (600 tons pressure) before being cut precisely to the required size.

We are confident with our quality control. Plywood pieces are graded and classified carefully before being stacked into crates for shipment. Moisture control is taken seriously to meet the requirements from customers.

Complied to international standards in production and service, Our products have been exported to many international markets such as the Korea, Japan, USA and India. Our monthly capacity is over 10 containers 40HC.

+ Face/Back: White Canarium or Keruing grade AA, AB, BB

+ Core: Eucalyptus or Acacia (hardwood), absolutely no gaps within the layers

+ Glue: Ure Formaldehyd

+ Dimension: 1220*2440mm, 915*1830mm, 1250*2500mm

+ Thickness: 3mm to 30mm

+ Moisture: < 14%

+ Thickness tolerance: +/-0,3mm

+ Production includes two stages of pressing: Pre-press (400 tons), Hot press (600 tons)
