1.Four parts: Top cover rubber; Bottom cover rubber; Reinforced core; Cross rigid.
2.Thickness of top cover rubber: 3-6mm;

Features:
(1)Cotton(CC) conveyor belt is woven by cotton fibers botd in warp and in weft. Its elongation is relatively low. It is good in mechanical fastening and adhesion witd rubber.Cotton conveyor belt has relatively little deformation under high temperature condition.
(2)Nylon is one of the high quality synthetic fibers in rubber industry nowadays. The nylon canvas is woven by nylon fibers both in warp and in weft. It is the most widely used in fabric in rubber industry.
(3)Polyester conveyor belt also called EP conveyor belts, whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and polyamide in weft. The belts have characteristics of low elongation in wrap and good throughability in weft, good water proof, and good wet strength, no mould, suitable for medium, long-distance and heavy-load transportation of materials.
