Minimum Carbon content of the base steel to be 0.12%
Minimum elongation is to be 22%, 25%-30% is ideal
Hardness range shall be 70-78 Rb

Maximum outside diameter: 40 inches or 101.60 cm
Inside diameter: 19 - 21 inches or 48.25 - 53.35 cm

Maximum: 5,000 U.S. pounds or 2,270 kilograms
 
STEEL GRADE 
Grade 40: Yield strength - 40,000 psi or 2,800 kg/cm2 or 28 kg/mm2
Grade 50 Class 1: Yield strength - 50,000 psi or 3,500 kg/cm2 or 35 kg/mm2

Options: 0.026   to   0.040 inch
Or           0.660   to   1.016 mm

GALVANIZED COATING
Class G-90 (Z-275) for galvanized; Class G-60 (Z-180) can be used for pre-painted although G-90 (Z-275) is preferred
Regular spangle, chemically treated, lightly oiled with evaporative lubricant for galvanized only coils
