The advantage of Gate valve is:

1.       Flow resistance is small. The medium channel of valve body is straight, medium flows in a straight line and flow resistance is small.

2.       Save effort when opening and closing. Compared with globe valve, opening and closing, the motor direction of flashboard is vertical with medium flow direction.

3.       Height is big, and time of opening and closing is long. The distance of opening and closing is big, use screw to reduce.

4.       Water hammer is not easy to produce. Because closing time is long.

5.       Medium can flow to two ways freely and it's easy to install. Two sides of valve channel is balanced.

6.       The structure length (the distance between the two connection end face) is small.

7.       Shape is simple, structure length is short, manufacture technology is good and application range is wide.
