In most cases your Steel Arch Building can be erected without the use of heavy machinery and depending on the size of the building, can often be completed with as few as 5 or 6 people in a matter of days. Each pre-engineered and pre-fabricated steel building is shipped with an easy to follow assembly manual and includes all the components to erect a garage, barn, storage building or building for almost any purpose. These components are made to precise standards of accuracy for easy assembly with pre-punched holes and only one size nut and bolt for the entire building.

When your steel arch building arrives, it would be helpful to unload and lay out the different components in their order of assembly and to check all parts against the shipping invoice to confirm that you have received everything that has been ordered.

Once the mass excavations, leveling and compaction have been completed, the foundation is cast according to the engineers?? specifications.

• Step 1 : Build Arches on the ground

Once the foundations have been cast, assembling your metal building is safe and easy - 70% of the work is done on the ground.

• Step 2 : Raise Arches

In most cases and depending on the size of the building, no heavy equipment is required. The neoprene washers create a weather tight seal for your steel building.

• Step 3 : Fit Arches together

The precision made arches fit and easily overlap to allow for fast ,accurate and weather tight assembly.

• Step 4 : Install End walls and Accessories

Where these have been ordered, the pre-drilled end wall panels and weather strips are installed, followed by the slide doors, service doors, turbine vents and skylights according to each customers specifications.
