K-SPAN / UBM? TYPES:
Type I -- Typical K SPAN Structure
Current k-span contractors are only able to produce the half radius (Type I) steel structures. These are quick structures but have difficulties due to the lack of side walls and loss of living space. To produce side walls, contractors are forced to provide either cmu (Concrete Masonary Unit) or concrete stem walls, increasing time and costs. Current maximum widths with seismic and other loading factors is limited to approximately 20 meters. Yet our made K SPAN/UBM machine can produce the Type I - Typical K-span Structure In addition to the following types.

Our factory manufactured the K SPAN/UBM equipment system is for producing computer controlled steel buildings. These buildings can now provide widths up to and including 24 meters. In addition, our machine is able to produce steel structures that now have vertical steel side walls resulting in no loss of living space, increased production, and reduced building costs. The two primary styles of buildings are the Type II (Round) & the Type III (Gable) structures. Both have vertical side walls allowing for increased living space, easy window placement, ventilation, and more.

1. All the rollers are forged from the high quality structural steel and are processed intensely. The surfaces of the rollers are plated with hard chromium. The rollers have a high hardness and long operating life. 2. The power set to automatically transport the colored steel sheet is equipped in the forming press section, which can press the colored steel sheet with the thickness of 0.5~1.5mm.
