The ABM Mobile Factory is taken to the construction site and a team of 10 to 12 workers will be able fabricate right on the site 30 to 60 cm wide arches from high quality galvanized and pre-painted steel coils at a very high speed. These arches are seamed together by a motorized seamer into totally waterproof building with span of up to 30 meters width without any intermediate support. The ABM arches seamed together are used either as a complete building or a roof over conventional walls.
 
With ABM MOBILE FACTORIES, a one thousand square meter building can be fabricated on-site and erected in one day at less than half the cost of conventional buildings.

With the knowing of many kinds of materials, people have a great demand of the polyurethane molding equipment of which the amount of material can be regulated according to the material requirements.

Our polyurethane molding equipment has a molding system making the various proportions. The ratio between material A and B is from 1:1~1:2.

It has a cylinder of which diameter is 125mm for drive and two link rods to drive two material pumps having a stroke campaign. Each of the link rods has scale positioning holes, to lengthen or shorten the travel of the material pumps.

With adjusting the fixing positions of material A&B pumps, it can be chosen any proportion within the ratio it allows.
