QG-ZB Semi-automatic Aerosol Filling Machine

QG-ZB Semi-automatic Aerosol Filling Machine Production Line is composed of such three parts as : QYG  Series Semi-automatic Content Bottler, Model QFG1 Series Semi-automatic Crimper and QPG Series Semi-automatic air inflator (booster pump included).User is able to constitute a production line according to technical requirements for the aerosol product to be manufactured. The production line has found widespread application in such fields as pharmacy ,healthcare, automobile, environmental protection ,fighting and daily chemical, to fill such as mousse, air purifying  agent, pesticide, disinfector, fire extinguishing agent, carburetor cleanser and PU foam filler etc.

① QYG Series Semi-automatic Content Bottler

Maximum filling capacity:20, 50, 100, 200, 400, 600ML

Production capacity: 1000-1500cans/hr;

The bottler is suitable for all kinds of liquid media, including that of certain viscosity ad concentration (e.g., polyurethane forming agent).It has a good self-sucking capability.

②Model QFG1 Series Semi-automatic Crimper

Size of aerosol valve to be adapted:1"

Production capacity: 1000-1500cans/hr;

Characteristic: It is liable in crimping quality and easy to adjust. Moreover, it has an oversize cylinder, thus enable it to effect crimping at 0.25—0.3Mpa air source pressure as well.

③QPG Series Semi-automatic air inflator             

Maximum filling capacity:20, 50, 100, 200, 400, 500ML.

Production capacity: 1200cans/hr.

This air inflator is mainly used to fill propane, butane, Freon , dimethyl ether , carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen , compressed air and 134a,etc .The  main seals are made of imputed material. Filling can be made with various valves. A large capacity booster pump is used for bidirdctional pressurization. Therefore, filling is quick and metering is accurate.
