Punched perforated plates are available from stock with hole diameters from 0,3mm dia with large open areas in stainless steel 304 & 316 as well as carbon steel in sheets 2000x1000. Plate sizes of 6000x2000 can also be perforated to suit most filtration and separation applications. Thickness varies from 0,3mm to 20mm in carbon steel and 15mm in stainless steel
Normally the hole size of punched perforated plates in stainless steel is dictated by the ratio of hole diameter to plate thickness, which cannot be less than one.
However Rongde has a very competitive advantage, particularly for critical perforations, where the hole diameter needs to be slightly smaller than the plate thickness and very close together and very small holes.
Punched plates for use as filter screens and flour milling screens can be supplied with a variety of perforations including - round, square and slotted. They can also be supplied with perforated areas in special geometric shapes, for example trapezoidal or circular crowns and with different levels of surface finishing such as butter-finishing, sandblasting and electrolytic polishing.
Other perforations include decorative patterns for architectural purposes.
In addition to flat punched plates with small hole perforations we are also able to supply fabricated perforated cylinders flanged both ends, baskets, trays and screens in a combination of shapes and sizes in a very wide range of materials -: High tensile steel stainless steel, titanium, nickel, monel, incoloy, inconel, hastelloy, cupronickel alloy, non-metallic materials, brass, copper, aluminium, bronze, plastic, pvc, teflon etc.

Margins are the blank (un-perforated) area along the edges of the sheet. Normally the margin on the length are 20mm minimum, and margin along the width can be minimum or at customers' requests.

Thickness or gauge for Perforated Metal Sheet
Thickness of the metal sheets do not change during the perforation. Normally thickness is expressed in gauge. However, to avoid possible misunderstanding, we would suggest expressing them in inches or millimeters.

Most of the perforated sheets are required to be natural finish no matter what kind of material they are.
Oil spraying or Perforated Metal Sheet
Some customers prefer the carbon steel perforated sheets to be oil sprayed to avoid the possible rusting because of the moisture during the long time sea shipping.
Powder coating for Perforated Metal Sheet
Rongde metal can do different colors powder coating, but minimum quantity might be required for some special colors.
Packing for Perforated Metal Sheet
Wooden pallets. 1 ton - 2.5tons (2200 lbs to 5500 lbs) per pallet. Each pallet will be packed by plastic bag.
