Micro air separation plant operating principle
This equipment uses low pressure process, then utilize the methods of depth frozen and rectification to extract pure oxygen and pure nitrogen from air. This is just making use of the frozen circulation principle of turbine expansion engine to make the air liquefied, because liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen have different boiling points, according to this, we make them second rectification in the fractionating tower. Thus, we get oxygen purity at 99.6% and nitrogen purity at more than 99.99%.Also,it can change the method of operation to gain liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and medical oxygen partly as required.
