Φ32 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line is able to produce welded pipes of Φ12.7-Φ50.8mmm in diameter and 0.7~3.0mm in thickness. Correspondingly, the Line can also produce all kinds of profile pipes, like square/rectangular/oval pipes and other shapes of pipes. Adopting roll pass design, the production line can manufacture welded steel pipes with good quality machining and high precision assembling.

Forming & Sizing Mill adopts roller type forming principle and high-frequency induction welding. The strip is fed into the forming machine by the feeding device in the mill and the forming roller continuously rotate and press the strip into the required shape. Due to the skin and the kindred effect, the high-frequency current is concentrated on the weld joint that is heated rapidly and reaches the welding temperature. The tube seam is welded under the pressure of squeeze rollers. The finished welded tube with required size can obtained after the cooling, sizing and primary straightening.

2.The buyer should pay the installation charges (USD 50 one man one day). to the seller's appointed account by T/T before the seller's technicians go to the buyer's factory. The buyer pays the seller's technicians travel cost outside China, including round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.
