1.With C-type machine body design,machine body is integrally cast to ensure good rigidity and small deformation after high temperature aging treatment.
2.Professionally designed to be applicable to edge forming, riveting operation for various accessories, for example, auto steering gears and silicone-oil clutch etc.  
3.With variable frequency power head design, rotary speed of principal axis can be adjusted freely. Operation is easy and actuating range is large. 
4.Adoption of all hydraulic system ensures high pressure, stable operating performance, large adjustment range and high pressure accuracy.  
5.With safety design, the machine adopts double-hand operation, and is furnished with functions of emergency stop and up-and-down inching.
6.Adopt PLC control, realize human-computer interaction and facilitate operation through touch screen, set speed, pressure and time within specified range of touch screen. 
7.Hydraulic system sensor is installed to display actual pressure. Pressure testing range can be set to test whether pressure conforms to set range. The machine will give automatic alarming and stop operation in case of overpressure or insufficient pressure. 
8.Deep-throat type hydraulic riveting machine is suitable for products with large external structure. 
9.To guarantee operator's safety, movable workbench(push cylinder) can be installed to ensure loading and unloading of materials are conducted within safety area outside riveting head. 
10.Principal axis has two kinds of speeds, fast stepping and pressurized slow feeding when moving downwards. Fast stepping improves operation efficiency. The speed of pressurized slow feeding can be adjusted freely so as to protect molds and improve riveting quality of products.
11.Adopt two circulative starting modes, manual button and pedal. 
12.Riveted products have wide diameter range (Φ25-Φ75). Rivet products of different diameters by adjusting the opening of riveting head. It is easy to replace riveting mold.  
13.Infrared safety device (Optional according to customers' demands).
14.Special machine (steering gear) can be installed with torque testing device.
