Warranty policies:
- We supply product warranty, when quantities of defective rate is higher than 2%, defective products can be returned to our factory and shipping cost will be paid by us
- For individual unqualified products, we will replace them to customers in customer's next order
Payment terms:
- When product quantity is less than 2k, 100% payment need to be made in advance after order is confirmed
- When product quantity is more than 2k, 30% as deposit, balance payment before shipment
- Payment ways: T/T, Western Union, when payment is less than $1000, we accept PayPal payment
Delivery times:
- 1-4-day for neutral order
