PDC blanks for cutting tools series
PDC blanks for cutting tools are composed of polycrystalline diamond layer and tungsten carbide substrate, which are sintered together by ultra-high pressure and high temperature. Therefore it embodies hardness and wearing property as well as the natural diamond, and toughness the same as the tungsten carbide. The workpiece machining tool used the PDC blanks displays higher smoothness therefore leaves the polishing unnecessary. The PDC blanks for cutting tools are widely used for machining non-ferrous metal and non-metallic materials such as alloy, ceramic and wood.
