3, Description of the line:
SL17/200 Wet Drawing Machine
3. SL17/200 wet drawing machine can meet 17 passes continuous drawinig work.
4. The steel frame of machine is made of Q235 steel plate welding forming and machining.
5. Drive system is Heng da motor drive V type belt wheel and synchronous belt trsmission, running noise is less
than 82DB, the Heng Da motor is IE2 made in China.
6. There are four cone shafts, each group equipped two shafts, total two groups.
Cone pulley using 45# steel spraying tungsten carbide, hardness HRC58-62
7. Drawing die holder use the combined type, ensure multichannel dies for drawing work.
8. Equipped with adjustable wire drawing die box in the final outlet place.
9. There are the inlet, outlet, overflow of pipe and flange on the drawing steel frame for lubrication fluid cycling.
The machine is not include the cooling system for the lubricationg fluid.

Siemens . China low voltage electrical components etc.
The operating displayer is installed on the cabinet, and power indicator light, stop button, start, stop, fault reset
button are installed on the cabinet also.
Operating meter length can be displayed on the screen, and the meter setting, speed set and display, equipment
operation schedule, fault display, etc. can also be displayed.
