1.Product Performance

        Relying on rubber's special performances as long range elasticity, air impermeability, medium, climate and radiation resistance, the product is manufactures through combination of inclined polyester cord fabric with high strength and cold and hot stability and molding cross linking under high pressure and temperature, it has high density inside and can bear high pressure and has excellent elastic deformation. The product's structural design in cross section arc height, curve length owns multi-functional displacement. Especially, it is suitable to be used where there are complex geologic conditions and large sedimentation range and frequent cold and hot changes that will damage pipes inside pipes. It can remove physical damage of displacement of pump, valve and pipes through rubber's flexible gliding shift and distorting mechanical heat transfer and radiation. Rubber is a kind of low conduction material, so it can be an ideal product for medium in tests and never rusts either. Therefore, maintenance is not necessary in valid operation period.

         GJQ(X)series flexible rubber joint is a kind of flexible connection, mainly used to deliver liquid, gas, solid, etc. It adopts sphere body structure to compensate displacement, insulate vibration and reduce noise, which is a new rubber damping product.

 

2.Application Range

        Equipped with the excellent comprehensive performances of flexible rubber joint, the product can be used for lift and transportation of raw water and sewage, transportation of water supply, cooling cycle water of thermal power plant, condensate water of metallurgy industry and chemical materials of chemical industries, cooling and dilution of oil and chemical industries and flexible connection of other industries. It is also suitable to transport all grain and powder material and gas for its high abrasive resistance.

        In addition, special notifications are hereby conducted for design units and clients so as to ensure the project quality, please note to install anti-break stop device, if our products are designed to install close to pump exit nozzle and pipes' corner. If your pipes need to be buried, please use our patent-buried protective devices. 3.Introduce
         We developed Slide Sleeves Slip-on Clamp Type Rubber Joint to meet clients' demand in 2002 and replaced and bolt with yokes. The two nozzles of yoking rubber joint can be easily installed around relevant pipes and the rubber joint and pipe can be fixed by yokes, and loose the yoke for maintenance so as to compensate the displacement resulted from pipes' hot expansion and cold constriction. Compared with other rubber joints, the product has characteristics as follows:

        1>.  Slide Sleeves Slip-on Clamp Type Rubber Joint saves flange and bolt and reduces project expenses.

        2>. Slide Sleeves Slip-on Clamp Type Rubber Joint nozzle needs no flanging, which simplifies production procedures for rubber joint and saves raw materials.

        3>.  Slide Sleeves Slip-on Clamp Type Rubber Joint simplifies installation and maintenance and improves work efficiency.

        4>.  Slide Sleeves Slip-on Clamp Type Rubber Joint is made of stainless steel and characterized with erosion resistance.

        Diameter: D50-400, installation length shall be designed according to GJQ(X)-DF-I or                consumer's demand.

        Pressure grade: 0.25MPa-1.0MPa

  

4.Product Features

 

    (1) Economy: Compared with the systems of mechanic stretching and material damping, it has the advantages of little space covering, light weight, easy assembly and disassembly, labor saving and low cost. Its smooth inner wall can reduce flow resistance. It has good water tightness, so there is no need of gasket during the installation. It has wide application, large temperature-resistance scope and long working life. (This product can be used for 20 years if it is used indoors.)

 

    (2) Displacement: Flange is free from pipe decentraction and imbalance. Its good flexibility allows compression, extension, distortion, deflection of vertical displacement, etc. which can prevent the pipeline from damage of deformation and foundation settlement arising from expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold.

 

    (3) Shock and noise absorption: The large damping of rubber sphere can effectively buffer and isolate vibration, control and reduce mechanical vibration, and absorb fluid impact noise. The reasonable installation between vibrating machine and metal pipe can decrease structure-borne noise by 15-25 decibels.

 

    (4) Pressure resistance: The multilayered sphere structure can especially endure internal pressure, withstand strong blasting force and impact, and prevent deformation from external pressure. There are many pressure standards on work piece.

 

     (5) Reducibility: After external force compressed, it can recover to original state when this force is removed.

 

     (6) Wide application: Different rubber material and formula can make product possess different resistance to heat, oil, corrosion, age, abrasion and ozone.
