Flexible Rubber Joint, is also known as rubber expansion joint, rubber bellows,Elasticity rubber joint.
Rubber Joint is a pipe joint of high-flexibility, high-gas tightness, resistance to medium and climate.
Rubber Expansion Joint has five types: single sphere rubber expansion joint, double sphere rubber expansion joint, threaded rubber expansion joint, reduced rubber expansion joint and rubber bending joint.
Generally speaking, there are two kinds of connections: flange and threaded.
The work pressure has four classes: 0.60MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa.
The nominal diameter ranges from 32mm to 3600mm.
Flexible Joint's functions have small volume, small weight, good flexibility, easy installment and maintenance.
Rubber Joint can made horizontal, axial and angular displacement when being installed.
Rubber Expansion Joint can't be restricted by the obstruction of pipe and the non-paralled of flange.
Due to its good integral function, rubber expansion joint is widely used in water supply and drainage, chemical industry, construction, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, health, water heating, fireproof, ship, water pump, power and compressor, etc.

1. The Liwei One Ball Rubber Bellows Flexible Joints GJQ(X)-DF supply range is from DN32 to DN3600.
2. Control units must be used when piping is not properly anchored.
3. The rated pressure 2.5MPa products will only be sold with control units.
4. The Liwei One Ball Rubber Bellows Flexible Joints GJQ(X)-DF Pressure rating is based on 30°C operating temperature. The pressure rating is reduced at higher temperatures.
5. Movements shown in the above table are non-concurrent.
6. Normally, the flange drilling is based on DIN PN16, ANSI 150/250/300 lbs, BS PN10, JIS 10K are also available upon request.
