Chute feeder is is generally installed in front of the primary crusher or hung at the discharging port of ore bin. Feeding is carry out through reciprocation of the bottom plate of the chute, it can send the big ore to the next stage evenly and continuously. Chute feeder can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole processing line.

The feeding quantity depends on the stroke, the method of adjusting the stroke: make proper adjustment through adjusting the eccentricity of eccentric wheel of drive unit. It can make the chute feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant

The chute feeder can be installed on the ground or onto discharge port of ore bin. The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement. Stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of the stroke. According to the experience of some mine sites, the eccentric throw should no less than 30mm for cohesive ore.

The chute feeder are used for ore separation, chemical, coal and other industrial segments. The machines run to feed the massive materials into the feeding equipment from materials warehouse (not applicable to powder-shape ore concentrates or materials of 500mm or above).
