Features and use of valve expansion bellows

 

 

Corrugated pipe adopts multi-layer structure, than single layer to reduce the stiffness, increasing the displacement, to shorten the length of the valve.

 

1. The design specification

On the basis of relevant standards specified in the valve design manual stem diameter, smallest minimum opening stroke and corrugated component by external pressure welding form of graphic design, corrugated pipe component structure is reasonable, compact, is helpful to the design of the valve structure miniaturization.

Using range: the product is suitable for the corrugated pipe cut-off valve, corrugated pipe gate valve, throttle valve, bellows wave spinning tube regulator, etc.

Nominal pressure. : PN1.6 PN2.5, PN4.0 PN6.4, PN10.0, PN14.0.

 

Bellows design pressure form the outside pressure, pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure.

Working temperature: - 196 °C -- 1000 °C
