Due to particularity of the sling and rigging industry, users have very have very high safety requirements for sling and rigging; so in view of the requirements of many customers, our company launched rigging tensile machine which can test maximum bearing load of the rigging and check whether it is qualified to carry out static load or breaking tensile test.
The body is welded from high-manganese steel plate, and has the advantages as anti-tensile, anti-vibration, etc., durable and not easily deformed.
It is configured with ultrahigh-pressure pump system has plenty of power to easily complete the experiment.
It adopts the electro-hydraulic servo automatic control technology to automatically control propulsion speed of the cylinder and also to automatically control two cylinder to complete the pull test technology under a synchronizing key, accompanied with simple operations.
The high-precision load cell calibrated by a national-level metrology institute has its measurement accuracy better than 1%.
A computer will directly data acquisition and analysis after the end of the pull test, and then print a test report and a line chart.
