This mixing plant integrate mixer, batching system, running system, feeding system, weighing system, cement silo, screw conveyor and all the necessary equipment into together, installing on a transport chassis. We can deliver YHZSA series concrete plant to construction site in the hauling situation, then install quickly on site and get it to run without debugging. The main features are as follows:

Adopting module structure, designed as per the loading of container standard. All modules are in one trailing unit. Installation and disassemble. Fast for moving. Main mixing machine has double-shaft, forced concrete mixer, with good mixing quality, high production efficiency. Perfect mixing can be done within ideal time period for dry-hard, half-dry-hard, plastic concrete with any mixing ratio. All scaling elements and control elements of scaling unit are imported elements and controlled by computer, guaranteeing completely accurate scale and stable function. Platform or ladder is equipped to each part need to maintenance and repair. Good for maintenance. The whole system adopts complete automatic system via computer, with dynamic panel display, to show clearly of the running of each part. Visualized monitor interface provides clear and accurate observing to the site working procedure. Table or list can be print out. Electrical control system adopts import elements, provided a stable and powerful function.
