With the best and mostly advanced fabrication technichs in China, the Track Mounted Full Hydraulic HD-1800 has been designed and manufactured specifically for diamond coring in medium to deep drilling surface exploration applications where site access limits the use of larger drills. The HD-1800's compact design combined with its self propelled crawler track drive system makes it an ideal choice for drilling operations in jungle or mountain terrain where most of the heavy trucks or other vehicles are difficult to pass.
European manufactured hydraulic components as pumps, motors, hoses and fittings have been merticulously selected and utilized by our talented engineering team for optimum efficiency, and comparing with the other rigs brands of the same level, HD-1800's hydraulic system is able to generate the highest system pressure and pruduces the highest rotation torque.Combined with its heavy duty mast, sub structure and high output diesel power pack ensures outstanding drilling performance and reliability.
Safety is recognized as a key priority at HD series, our standard offering includes purpose designed rod safety spin guards, main winch and wireline winch guards, fire extinguishers, emergency stop buttons at each corner of the rig and platforms etc.
The HD-1800 can easily be loaded on heavy trucks with its 1.4m high jack legs and transported in 40ft sea containers.
