Applications of high frequency induction heating machine:
1. Heat treatment: gears shaft ,camshaft,sprocket,chainwheel,crane wheel surface hardening. The purpose of hardening is add metal workpiece surface harness and wear resistance.
Surface hardening depth: 1-3mm, has the same hardness, we also called effect hardness layer (medium frequency machine hardening depth 3-10mm).
2. Induction forging: steel billet induction forging, pipe bending, angle iron,steel heating for forming, bolts end forging,nuts fasteners heated.
3. Induction brazing welding: carbide cutters, gun drill, lathe tool, coal pillars welding. Brazing usually use borax cleaning the metal work piece, and then need copper,silver,zinc as the welding flux to welding the work piece firmly. More welding experience, our technial engineer are glad to share with you.
4. Induction annealing stainless steel pipe, titanium rod annealing, pipes annealing for stress relieving, for bending.
5. Melting precious metal 1-200kgs. Gold,silver,copper,zinc,nickel melting, iron steel melting
