The CNC horizontal lathe has mechatronics design with manual control spindle, beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, wide application, simple operation, etc. This automatic control lathe can be employed to process various workpieces of inner or external cylindrical surface, end face, grooving, arbitrary cone surface and spherical surface, as well as being used to process metric thread, inch thread, tapered thread, etc. It is suitable for mass processing.

CNC system can be configured to a standard RS232 interface, so the lathe can be used with DNC system. The bed rails are treated by super audio quenching process with the features of wear resistance, high precision, advanced spindle system structure, steady speed, excellent cutting performance.

With ball screw drive of vertical and horizontal transmission, the CNC horizontal lathe has excellent dynamic response and less noise.
