INJECTION MOLDING
We have installed, removed and repaired injection presses up to 2500 tons. If our clients need to move or install a press, make a die change-out, or remove a ram to repair a cracked cylinder, our teams know the ins and outs of injection molding, and can do the job timely and safely. Some of our current clients are assessed Rubbermaid, and Plastipak Packaging.
PLANT RELOCATION
has the unique ability to manage complete relocation. The initial planning of the project complete re-assembly, installation, adjustment and alignment, our team has the expertise to organize the project in the least possible disruption to the production of our client. Each project is considered and provided for in our estimation and management team, and is complemented by the meticulous care and control of a foreman Able, which maintains open communication with the client throughout the project. Our specialists are available on a turnkey project for the day's work, or as a compliment to the general contractor our client or in-house workforce.
MACHINE TOOLS
On ￡ 700 Sunnen Hone, a hydraulic press 1 million pounds, we have decades of experience in dismantling, moving, loading, transport, unloading, adjustment, reassembly and precision alignment (optical and laser) of the entire spectrum of machine tools and equipment. Our foremen and crews have the depth of experience to handle all possible aspects of the rig machine tool and the draft design and planning configuration of maximum production efficiency.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
We are happy to work for the general contractor on a project, and have performed many unusual work for companies such as Brown & Root, Walker Engineering, HC Beck, Austin Commercial, Rogers O'Brien, and Hubert, Hunt & Nichols . MEDICAL
Our teams have worked on almost every major hospital and clinic in the DFW area (including children, Parkland, Baylor, UT Southwest, Toussaint), and many others throughout Texas and the southwest. We have extensive experience in the installation and removal of MRI (closed and open models), scanners, gamma cameras, cath labs, specials items, UPS systems, power conditioning systems, backup generators to motor, transformers, air treatment, cooling, etc. We carry out work directly to the hospital, to the general contractor and the manufacturer - including Hitachi, Toshiba, GE, Philips and Picker. Our team is intimately familiar with the conditions contained restrictive work throughout the medical field, and have built a reputation as being among the best in the industry.

In addition to practical experience, we have the necessary equipment specially designed to perform work exclusively in and around the cleanroom environments, including electric forklifts, skid specially plated and roll-a-lifts, trolleys, blocking veneer.
