Description of Transmission Joint:
A transmission joint is actually a dismantling power delivery joint carrying out the connection of pipeline system, which is used to tansport media such as gas, air, oil, fuel, sewage, oil, fresh water, sea transportation, hot and cold water, drinking water, refined oil, and the temperature of these substances is not higher than 250℃ with steam form and particulate powder form. When these substances pass through the transmission joint, it will connect and transmit power to keep stable operation of pipe system.

In Tengyun, transmission joint can be detachable double flange power transmission joint VSSJAFC (CC2F), single flange limited transmission joint VSSJA-1 (BF), loose flange flexible tansmission joint VSSJA (AF) and transmission joint VSSJA (C2F).

Transmission Joint VSSJAF (C2F)
Transmission joint VSSJAF (C2F) is used with flange on the both sides. Adjust the installation length to the flange on the both sides, screw the bolts firmly with some displacement volume. This transmission joint can transmit axial power to the whole pipe during operation.

Transmission Joint VSSJA-1(BF) Transmission Joint VSSJA-1(BF) is a single flange power delivery joint with a flange on the one side and a pipe on the other side. During the installation, adjust the installation length to the pipe and flange on the both sides, screw the bolts firmly, weld the short pipes with the pipe, and adjust the limited nut. This method makes it possible for the pipe to expand and contrast freely within the allowable range of the transmission joint.
