Crawler track  system consists of undercarriage frame, four rollers one belt (Track roller, Carrier roller, Idler, Sprocket and rubber belt),and travel drive device.Including rubber track undercarriage and steel track undercarriage.you can choose rubber track undercarriage or steel track undercarriage according to your working condition.

 

Compared with nomal wheeled machine, cralwer tracked machine have more advanatages as follows

 

1.with large supporting area ,the ground pressure is small, so the crawler vehicle is suitable to work at soft and muddy ground with small subsidence degree, small rolling resistance and better walking performance.

2.There are grouser teeth on the track supporting area, so it is not easy to slip, good traction adhension performance will contribute to make larger traction force.

 

 

3.With complicated structure, heavy weight, big motion inertia, poor buffer performance," four rollers one belt" wear hard with high price ,short life time, therefore the crawler vehicle walking speed is not very fast and maneucering performance is also bad.

 

4.The crawler vehicle can work on high temperature place, with the outstanding advantage of " low ground pressure" " large traction force" , the crawler vehicle cannot be replaced by the wheeled machine.
