How to solve the problem that Electric Stacker can not lift?
Electric stacker is very easy to opperate and strong in function, adopting electric drive for walk, electric hydraulic for lift. While sometimes the stacker fork cannot lift, so here we are going to analyze the causes and solutions.
Analyze on causes why the stacker cannot lift:
1. Lack of hydraulic oil
2. Electrical component failure or other associated fault line such as: fuses, contactors, motors, power table, or lifting button
3. Pump grinding caused leakage inside
4. Filter is too dirty or pipes too dirty which block the hydraulic system
5. Various spool valve failure on the block, such as solenoid valves, overflow valve
