Performance Description:

Fire resistant conveyor belt is also called as whole fire-resistant belt, which possesses the characters of heavy intensity, large capacity and balanced carriage. Meanwhile, the product has the performances, such as fire resistance, anti-static, impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

The products are mainly used in the coal mine underground. The fire resistant conveyor belt is not delaminated. Furthermore, it has low elongation and resists wear and tear. The product can be classified into PVC (plastic surface) and PVG (rubber attached on it) and whole fire-resistant belt.

Applications:

PVC fire-resistant belt is applied to the material transportation under drying condition at a slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees.

PVG fire-resistant belt is applied to the watery material transportation under wet conditions at a slope angle of no greater than 20 degrees.
