Vibrating cooler/ cooling conveyor is a space-saving type cooling conveyor specifically developed for the effective cooling, separation and drying of hot rubber preform for a preformer/extruder.
Rotating cooling conveyor is an auxiliary machine of the Precision Preformer to avoid stickiness and deformation of the rubber blanks.the part of the machine which directly contact is made of stainless steel.the feature of the machine is that it covers little area with long cooling distance and that it is prominent in cooling and drying rubber blanks,especially for bearing seals,oil seals,O-rings,rubber flakes and so on.Rubber blanks of small weight can be directly cooled down by wind.Weightier and hotter rubber blanks can be cooled by cycling water from external water tank,to intensify the cooling effect of rubber blanks.
