4.Working principle

 

The small Flat-die pellet machine is based on the Mechanical circular motion, diesel engine or motor provide power to drive the transmission shaft, the gear shift to the spindle and mould, makes the mould rob and drive the rollers, under the pressing of the roller, the materials are pressed from the mould hole, then, after the cutting of the cutter, the pellets discharging from the hopper.

 

The medium-size pellet machines are using motor to drive the pulley to transmission as power, or using the gear in the motor transmission to drive the roller assembly of the transmission, under the pressing of the roller, the materials are pressed from the mould hole, then, after the cutting of the cutter, the pellets discharging from the hopper.
