Brief Introduction:

Drum sand washer is a large machine mainly used for cleaning ores, which is applied to clean ores mixed with clay before the ore concentration procedure and to increase the index of ore concentration, commonly used in ores washing like manganese, iron, calcium carbonate, tungsten, stannum and silica sand. 

Working Principle:

Supported by four wheels, the reducer is driven by the motor and the cleaning cylinder is driven by gears rotating slowly. The aggregates mixed with clay and stone powder enter from the feeding inlet into the rotary cylinder. They are thrown continuously by the wear-resistant rubber scale-board installed with a certain angle inside the cylinder. After repeated cycles of moving from the feeding end to the discharging end and clockwise or anticlockwise washing,clean aggregates are discharged after the separation and dehydration of the screen on the delivery end. The wastewater mixed with sludge flow out of it through the tailgate on the feeding or discharging end.

The stone washing system adopts the principle of mixing of the blender. The raw materials rotate, push and abrade each other continuously by spiral blades inside the mixer. The strong interaction offers high reliability.

3.Economy:

The volume of the storage hopper is 8m3, which makes the loader reasonably arrange the loading time of the main machine

(such as concrete mixing plant) and the stone washer to avoid frequent transposition between different feeding position and the raw materials. The storage hopper is more than 3-meter wide which makes it easy to load and reduce the labor intensity.
