1.Configuration

 A.SE-150 Single-screw granule extruder

    1) Screw diameter: 150mm

    2) Length/Diameter ratio(L/D):30:1

    3) Screw revolving speed:85~120rpm

    4) Motor of Single-screw granulator is 90KW AC Motor, using INVT inverter.

    5) Reduction gearbox: Gear and axial parts using high quality high-speed tool steel, getting through carburizing, quenching and grinding process, etc. Gear accuracy is GB10095-88, 6 class, Hard teeth surface is HRC56-62.

6) The barrel of single-screw is made of 38CrMoAlA nitriding treatment. Nitration case depth:0.4~0.5mm. The barrel uses Stainless steel electric resistance heating with three section heating separately. The temperature control meter of the barrel is the Japan RKC product with intelligent double channels and a temperature control in each zone.

   7) The screw is made of 38CrMoAlA nitriding treatment. Nitration case depth: 0.4~0.5mm. To ensure that material have enough thrust and materials do not break down.

2. Die head of Water-ring cutting pelletizer

       1) Hydraulic plate screen changer, the power of Hydraulic oil station: 1.5KW

       2) The Die head of Water-cooling strands pelletizer, including die plates(holes:21-?3.5) and Cast Aluminum heater.

4. Electrical control system

       e). Heating is controlled by the temperature control meter via a solid-state relay with high-temperature wire.

          f). The electric control cabinet controls: temperature control system,    driving system and interlock control system.
