Instrument Description :

How it works:

 

Test methods are: fixed the mattresses to be tested, open test equipment, select the type of the tested mattresses by TST intelligent control system, automatic / manualto set the parameters, the device will be automatically opearation according to the set parameters, while cylinder driven load pads to free movement , 1000N load applied on the sample . With servo motor driven hardness testing load pad, accurately measure the hardness and curves deflection of the mattress , the results will be printed through the printer.

This instrument is based on national standards GB / T 26706-2011 ( brown mattress standard ); QB1952.2-2011 ( soft mattress standard ) strict manufacturing ,ASTM D1566-99.(Evaluation of innersprings and boxsprings)
