1) print on sublimation paper

 

SJ-TXR1800 can print on full size sublimation paper, with good tension system and printhead height adjust device, you will feel free out of the scratching troublem the printer can continuously work 24h with no guard.

 

2) print directly on polyester fabric with sublimation ink

 

SJ-TXR1800 can print on polyester material directly, both non-stretch and some stretch fabric.

 

The double rubber roll can give good driving force to keep the fabric moving smoothly and straightly. 

 

Even we test on stretch fabric, it works good, totally do not need belt machine, the printing result is perfect without any stepping lines.

 

After printing, you have to use color fixer machine or heat transfer machine to heat, the color is very fine and bright, no pollution will caused by the hot air or vapor compared with other box type direct printer.

 

 

3) print directly on cotton or silk 

 

SJ-TXR1800 also can print directly on cotton (reactive ink) and silk (acid ink ), for these kind fabric, take cotton as example, you have to do pre-treating with related equipment such as the coating; and also after-treating such as the washing, steaming, drying process.

 

4) no limit for the fabric type and thickness

 

SJ-TXR1800 can print on different materials from thin to thick, from glossy to napped, with the special no-pinch-roller design, it can reach more applications.

The print head is arranged in two staggers and eight colors inline arrangement, allowing for the fast speed printing of about 28 m2/h at 4pass.

Head height adjust

The printhead height adjust device can realize different thickness material print, it can adjust to more than 3.6mm 

(maximum 10mm) above, together with the new printing control system of accurate and powerful inkjet, it totally 

solve the normal problem of material scratching.

CISS (Continuous Ink Supply System)

The bulk ink supply system achieves stable unattended printing with 8pc big ink tanks (1.8L) and cartridges

(220ml), thus in 4 color mode, a maximum of 4L per color is enabled for long continuous printing. Operators can also refill 
the ink tanks even when the printer is at work.

4/6/8 color available and ink type

It realize 4, 6 and 8 color printing mode, satisfy client's demand for different printing quality and material feature.

Media transport system 

Web tension is ensured by movable delivery/retraction bars that absorb tension differences and stabilize substrates 

so that high quality printing is made possible. It suits both fabric and sublimation paper without changing any device.

 

Double big rubber-roll as core driving source 

The front and back big rubber-roller as driving source, it is the core of fabric moving, it realizes easy stepping control
by the motors, can move different heavy and thickness fabric stably, and smoothly, thus it can apply on various material
such as thin chiffonm thick blanket, even stretchable polyester or napped material is available.

 

Feeding and Take-up system

The AMF system ensures stable feed/take-up of heavy rolled media by automatic tension and speed adjust, there 

is no need to constantly monitor the printer during high volume printing. 

Roll-up media of up to 60kg and 400mm in diameter can be used. There is no need to frequently change the media, 

meaning large orders can be handled smoothly and without interruption due to continuous printing.

Fast drying device

A integrated drying device help pre-heating the material and accelerate the ink drying time by heating the media 

after printing. It includes the infrared lights and cooling fan which the strength is adjustable. This reduces the 

occurrence of ink set-off, even during high-speed printing.

Humanized design

When the printing stop, there is a function for the infrared heating and cooling fan stop working automatically, prevent 

the energy waste and danger caused by the high temperature.
When material finish, the printer will stop working synchronously.

Convenient PC table design makes it easy for client use.
