This kit uses enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) based on biotin double antibody sandwich technology to assay Human fatty acid-binding protein(FABP). Add fatty acid-binding protein(FABP) to wells that are pre-coated with fatty acid-binding protein(FABP) monoclonal antibody and then incubate. After incubation, add anti fatty acid-binding protein(FABP) antibodies labeled with biotin to unite with Streptavidin-HRP, which forms the immune complex. Remove unbound enzymes after incubation and washing, then add substrate A and B. The solution will turn blue and change to yellow with the effect of acid. The shades of solution and the concentration of Human fatty acid-binding protein(FABP)are positively correlated.
