Operational Principle:

The operational principle of Multi-point Float Level Switch is basically the same as Mini Float Level Switch. In general, set one point or more points magnetic switch in sealed non-magnetic metal or plastic tube as required. Then fix the hollow float ball with permanent magnet to a relative position of the pipe magnetic switch and let the float ball drift in a certain scope up and down. Utilize the magnet to attract the open and close of magnetic switch to operate and control the liquid level. The N.O. and N.C. is the status without injecting liquid. We customize Multi-point Float Level Switch according to the testing liquid's temperature, pressure, specific weight and acid alkali features,etc., and choose the suitable specification of float ball. 

Features:

1.The material of reed switch contactor is rhodium (the surface coverage is rhodium oxide), and the contactor life can reach 109 times.

2. It can normally work under 200℃ with special treatment reed switch.
