Product Introduction:
TD bucket elevator is made up of upper and lower sprocket wheel, belt, evacuator, lead screw, feeding inlet and discharging outlet, box, motor, and speed reducer. It has remarkable advantages: large delivery volume, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long duration. It's applied to deliver powdery, particle and lump materials with no or small abrasion resistance, such as coal, cement, stones, sand, clay, ores, etc. Due to the annular chains of the hauling structure, it's allowed to deliver materials with higher temperature (no more than 250℃). The rotary speed cannot exceed 85 r/min. Higher rotary speed will lead to incomplete unloading or remaining materials in the evacuator. Common belt bucket elevator can lift no more than 20m, while the wire rope belt bucket elevator can lift up to 80m.
Performance Characteristic:
1.Wide scope of elevation. It has fewer requirements for the types, characteristics and lumpiness. It can not only lift the powdery, particle and lump materials but also materials with large grinding degree. Good sealability and less pollution.
2.Small drive power. It adopts flow feeding and gravity induced unloading. It delivers by intensive large volume hopper with large lifting volume. When it lifts, there is no reverse feeding and reclaiming. Thus, the ineffective power is less.
