NE Bucket elevator is the vertical elevator widely applied for vertical delivery of medium, large and ground materials (such as limestone, cement, clinker, gypsum, lump coal) whose temperature is under 250℃.
Working Principle:
NE Bucket elevator is a kind of flow feeding. Materials flow into the hopper and are elevated to the top by chain. They will be automatically unloaded by gravity. This series has many specifications (NE15-NE800 about 11 types) with large lifting volume; it has high productivity, low noise, long duration and lower energy consumption. The machine adopts closed case chain with no reverse feeding. Therefore, the power consumption is low when it doesn't work.
