Features:
1. Double interlaced vibrating platform is our technology patent, which improves the the vibrating efficiency, to guarantee high density and intensity of the products.
2. This machine is automatically controled, uses Japanese Omron PLC and relays, touch screen fromTaiwan, to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine.
3. Frequency conversional control to make the precise and parallel moving for the mould and vibrating tamper,to make products in standard shape and accurate size, also protects the electric motors from long time working.
4. Back and forth way of feeding raw materials , and special-made feeding forks, to guarantee efficient and uniform aggregation, also for products's good density.
5. Fly ash, cinder, coal gangue and other construction solid waste can be used as raw materials, and can be 75% upmost as proportion.
6. Automatic stacker to instead of labour force and improve the efficiency of production.
7. Intensity of products can be from 5Mpa to 70Mpa.
8. This machine improves highly on the production and suitable for big and medium block factories.
