XLPE insulated with rated voltage up to 35KV is the main product of Huadong cable Co.,Ltd.
Application
The XLPE insulated power cable is used in electric transmission and distribution system operating in vertical section, indoor, tunnels, mines. It was widely used in crowded public places such as high-rise building, large-rise library, gymnasium, station, subway, underground shop, etc. The XLPE insulated power cable not only has excellent electrical performance, environment resistant character & chemical-corrosion resisitant performance, simple structure, light weight, without restriction by laying fall, but it also has high temperature (90℃) for long time.
Standard
We produce these cables according to standard GB12706 and GB12666 (equivalent to IEC 60502 and IEC 60331), as well as BS, DIN and other internationl standards. In additional, we can also produce the Low-smoke free-halogen, Flame-retardant cables, or others according to customer request.

Installation
(a) The enviromental temperature for install cables is not lower than 0℃ degree, in case that the temperature is lower than 0 degree when cable is laid, it must be heated,
(b) Layout fall: the cable layout fall is not limited by level fall.
(c) The non-armor XLPE power cable's bending radius should not be less than 15 times of cable O.D., the armor XLPE power cable's bending radius should not be less than 12 times of cable O.D..
