Product Introduction:
High pressure roller press machine is mainly comprised of the frame, roller, bearing, transmission device, feeding, hydraulic, lubricating and control systems. Quasi static pressure crushing can save energy about 30% compared to the impact crushing. High pressure roller press machine adopts material layer crushing, that is,mutual crushing among materials. Compared to the traditional crushing and milling technology, this principle greatly improves crushing efficiency and reduces the abrasion.Extrusion stress between materials can be adjusted by the pressure of roller. The whole rolling process is accomplished by two rotary rollers facing each other. One is fixed while the other is movable. The machine is applied to primary, fine and ultrafine grinding of loose materials.
Working Principle:
Driven by two motors through the speed reducer, two rollers rotate facing each other. Materials in the pipeline and storage bin are pulled into the roller gap by gravity and the friction between the roller and materials. Hydraulic system exerts pressure on rollers and materials through the oil fuel tank, bearing pedestal, and the bearing to make materials crushed. They (materials cake) will be sent to the dispersing classifier by conveyor equipment. Those smaller than the specified granularity will be transferred for regrinding (the finished products can be directly discharged). Coarse materials will return to the machine for repressing.

Replaceable roller sleeve structure greatly reduces the cost of maintenance. It adopts tungsten carbide dot decorative pattern roller surface. The roller surface can be renovated on the spot.
