Product Introduction:


Roller press machine, also called extrusion mill, is a new energy-saving cement milling machine developed in the mid-1980s. It has pre-grinding system which replaces highly energy-consuming and low efficient ball mill and reduces the steel consumption and noise. It can not only be applied to new plant construction but also to old plant restoration. The output is increased by 30%-50%. Among the squeezed materials, fine materials of 0.8mm account for 20%-35% while those less than 2mm account for 65%-85%. The inner structure of small particles is full of tiny fissures because of pressing and the grindability is greatly improved. The roller surface adopts heat overlay welding which makes it easier for maintenance of wear-resistant layer.  



Working Principle:


Two rollers rotate inward. The feeding device is installed above the roller. The level maintains at a certain height. Materials are forced to feed between two rollers by gravity; meanwhile, the friction (or impaction force) produced between the roller and materials makes materials embedded when two rollers rotate. Under the action of gravity and impaction force, materials are finally pressed and crushed radially into cake shape through loading area. When two rollers rotate to exceed the center line between them, materials will be discharged out of the machine.
