HRM Slag cement vertical mill:

  Product Introduction: Vertical mill is a machine that integrates grinding, drying, classification and pneumatic transmission. Slag cement vertical mill has two forms of structure: with auxiliary grinding roller and without auxiliary grinding roller. It's applied to the desulphurization of blast furnace, cement clinker and lime.     Working Principle: The reducer drives the grinding table to rotate. Materials are sent to the center of rotary grinding table through the air-lock feeder. They will move to the side of grinding table under the centrifugal force and then to grinding table roller. Materials are pressed, ground, cut and crushed by the hydraulic pressure of grinding roller. Meanwhile, hot wind blows out upward fast and evenly along the vane surrounding the grinding table. Then, materials are blown by speedy airflow of the vane. On one hand, materials in larger sizes return to the grinding table for regrinding; on the other hand,suspended materials are dried. Fine powder is classified in the separator. Qualified fine powder are discharged with the airflow which are collected by the dust catcher as finished products while the unqualified coarse powder will fall back to the grinding table under the action of the separation blades together with newly-fed materials. The repeated process accomplishes grinding.   Performance Characteristics: 1.The whole equipment is an integration of fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder concentration and conveying. 2.Small floor area, high grinding efficiency, high drying capacity, and adjustable fineness of products. 3.Simple process flow, convenient maintenance. With no-dust pollution, low electricity consumption, low noise and less abrasion, it has remarkable effects in mining, metallurgical and chemical industries.   Technical Parameters:
